Hiferr Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hiferr. If you are on our App or Website, these terms and conditions apply to you. The terms “We”, “Us” “Our” “Hiferr” refers to the Hiferr App and Website.

You must read, agree and accept to our Terms and Conditions to use our service. If you are on our App or website, by default it means you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and have agreed to abide by it. We may keep editing and bringing new changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to keep checking and keep yourself aware of our new updated Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility

You must be minimum 16 years of age to register on Hiferr and use Our services. By registering on Our App you confirm and warrant that –

• You will not give any false or misleading information while creating your account to register on the app.
• You will be respectful to all members and users.
• You will not publish or share any harmful, hateful, immoral or dangerous content.
• You will not misuse any information including member’s information on our App.
• You will comply with this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
• You have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry.
• You are not a person who is barred from using the Service under any applicable jurisdiction.
• You do not have any criminal charges against you.
• You must follow our community guidelines.

 

Account Details

At Hiferr we require you to give your details like name, age, gender, email address etc. You must give correct details. If we find out that the details given are incorrect, we hold the rights to immediately terminate your account without notice or clarification.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for Hiferr and you are responsible for all actives that are conducted under those credentials. If you think someone else has gained access to your login details, you must report it to us.

 

Safety and Your Interactions With Other Members

We work hard and strive that our members have safe and enjoyable experience. You as a user and member are solely responsible for all your interactions. We do not conduct criminal background check on our members nor are we responsible at all with who and how you interact on and off the app. If you meet someone in person via our app, it is solely your responsibility for your safety, and we do not take any responsibility about your safety at all on and off the app and website.

We care for our users and we suggest some safety tips may help to keep you safe.

• Protect your account and login credentials and never give to anyone.
• Never share your personal details with those who you do not trust.
• Never send money to those who you do not personally know.
• Never meet anyone alone or in secluded places.
• Inform your family and friends who you are talking or meeting.
• Block those who harass you, threaten you, insult you or send you inappropriate messages.
• Avoid interacting with users who are long distance away.

 

Termination

We want our users at Hiferr to make full use of our services and enjoy using our services by abiding to our Terms and Conditions. However, some users may not abide by our Terms and Conditions. If you are found guilty of breaching our Terms and Conditions, we hold full rights to terminate your account without any warning.
