1. Eligibility to Use Hiferr
To create an account and participate in the community, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 16 years old (or meet the minimum age requirement in your country).
- You must not have any criminal convictions that would prevent you from legally using online social services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
By using Hiferr, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Account Responsibility & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your account credentials, including your login tokens and one-time verification codes. You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials private and secure at all times. Do not share your password or verification codes with others.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities, actions, and content posted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Refrain from actions that jeopardize security, such as using compromised devices or public login shortcuts.
- Acknowledge that Hiferr is not responsible for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized access caused by user neglect.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of being compromised or involved in suspicious or illegal activities.
3. Platform Features & Content Guidelines
The App enables users to post text updates, share moments, broadcast content to people nearby and around the world, and message others. By using Hiferr, you agree to post responsibly.
You must NOT post, upload, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence.
- Constitutes hate speech, harassment, defamation, or bullying against any individual or protected group.
- Includes spam, fraudulent solicitations, or deceptive information.
- Infringes on the copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights of others.
Hiferr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or compromise community safety.
4. Location-Based Features
Hiferr offers innovative features that enable you to share content with and discover users in your immediate geographic vicinity. By enabling location services on your device, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may disable location sharing at any time through your device operating system settings; however, doing so will limit proximity-based local feeds and neighbourhood broadcasts.
5. Messaging & Communications
The App allows users to communicate directly with one another. You agree to use messaging features constructively and respectfully.
You must not use messaging services to:
- Engage in harassment, stalking, intimidation, or abuse.
- Conduct scams, phishing, fraud, or deceptive commercial schemes.
- Promote, market, or sell goods and services that are illegal under applicable laws.
Hiferr reserves the right to employ automated and manual moderation tools permitted by law to maintain community safety and enforce compliance.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership of all original content, photos, text, and videos that you create and post on Hiferr.
However, by submitting or posting content on Hiferr, you grant Hiferr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform and its community features.
7. Zero Tolerance Policy & Prohibited Activities (EULA)
Hiferr enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech and discrimination
- Harassment, cyberbullying, and threats
- Sexual exploitation and non-consensual imagery
- Depictions of violence, self-harm, or illegal acts
- Spam, automated bots, and system manipulation
- Impersonation of real individuals or organizations
Users who violate these rules are subject to immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning without prior warning. By accepting these terms, you enter into an end-user license agreement (EULA) acknowledging this zero-tolerance commitment.
8. Termination of Service
Hiferr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in behavior harmful to other users, or if required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hiferr, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Content generated, posted, or transmitted by users of the platform
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
- Any interruptions, bugs, or cessation of service
Your use of the App is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Hiferr reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this Website or within the App. Your continued use of Hiferr following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
