The terms “Our,” “We,” “Us”, “App”, “Hiferr” refers to the Hiferr App, Website and any related services. By accessing or using Hiferr App, Website or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and will abide by it. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

ELIGIBILITY TO USE HIFERR

To create an account and use the app, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or meet the minimum age requirement in your country).
  • You must not have any criminal convictions that would prevent you from legally using online services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain it throughout your use of the app.

By using Hiferr, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information associated with your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login information private and secure at all times. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities, actions, and content posted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
  • Refrain from actions that could jeopardize account security, including using insecure devices, weak passwords, or publicly sharing login credentials.
  • You acknowledge that Hiferr is not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and our Terms of Service while using your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of being compromised or involved in suspicious or illegal activities.

FEATURES AND GUIDELINES

The App provides users with the ability to:

  • Post text, images, and other updates.
  • Share content with users globally or within their local vicinity.
  • Communicate with other users through chat and messaging features.

By using Hiferr, you agree to abide by the following rules regarding content:

You must not post, share, or transmit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  • Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
  • Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups.
  • Includes spam, deceptive, or misleading information
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Hiferr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or otherwise compromise the safety, integrity, or user experience of the platform. 

LOCATION BASED FEATURES

Hiferr offer features that enable you to share content with users in your geographic vicinity. By enabling location services, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may disable location sharing at any time through your device or application settings; however, doing so may limit certain functionalities of the App and may not give you the best experience.

MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATIONS

The App allows users to communicate with one another through messaging features. You agree to use these features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must not use messaging services to:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Conduct scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Promote or participate in illegal activities
  • Advertise, promote, sell, market items that are illegal by law.

Hiferr reserves the right to monitor, review, or moderate communications, where permitted by law, to ensure compliance with these Terms. We further reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if any violation of these Terms or misuse of the service is detected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of all content that you create and post on the App. However, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on the App, you grant Hiferr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITES

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks
  • Using bots, scripts, or other automated systems to access or interact with the App
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any individual or organization

TERMINATION

Hiferr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in any activity that may harm the App, its users, or its operations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hiferr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

In particular, Hiferr shall not be responsible for:

  • Any content generated, posted, or shared by users of the App
  • Any losses, damages, or harm resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your account, including any breach of your account credentials

Your use of the App is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any impact the use of the App may have on you, including but not limited to personal, financial, or other consequences.

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS

Hiferr reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website or App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
